Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Site Supervisor

specializing in facade and aluminum projects to join our UAE team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade and aluminum installations, excellent leadership skills, and a valid UAE driving license. Preference will be given to candidates from the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Management

Supervise all on-site activities related to

facade and aluminum installations

, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.

Team Supervision

Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, fostering effective collaboration and communication.

Quality Assurance

Implement and monitor quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets project specifications and industry standards.

Health & Safety

Enforce strict compliance with

HSE regulations

, conducting inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment.

Material Management

Oversee delivery, handling, and storage of materials, ensuring quality standards and timely availability.

Problem Resolution

Address and resolve on-site challenges in coordination with project managers and stakeholders.

Progress Monitoring

Track and report project progress through daily logs, schedules, and completion reports.

Client Interaction

Maintain communication with clients and project managers to provide updates and address concerns.

Documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including work orders, inspection reports, and safety documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

5 years of experience

as a Site Supervisor in facade and aluminum projects. Diploma or degree in

Civil Engineering, Construction Management

, or a related field. Strong understanding of

facade and aluminum systems, materials, installation techniques, and industry standards

. Proficiency in construction management software and tools, such as

AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite

. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Proven

problem-solving skills

and proactive approach to resolving site issues.

Valid UAE driving license

(mandatory).

Preferred Nationality:

Philippine. Relevant professional certifications in construction supervision or site management are a plus.
