Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Management:
Supervise all on-site activities related to facade and aluminum installations, ensuring compliance with project plans, technical specifications, and timelines.
Team Supervision:
Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control procedures and ensure work aligns with industry standards and project requirements.
Health & Safety:
Enforce strict adherence to safety standards, conduct regular site inspections and audits, and ensure a safe working environment.
Material Management:
Monitor the delivery, handling, and storage of materials to ensure quality and timely availability.
Problem Resolution:
Identify and resolve issues on-site, coordinating with the project manager and stakeholders to avoid delays.
Progress Monitoring:
Maintain daily work logs, track progress against schedules, and report any variances or risks.
Client Interaction:
Maintain professional communication with clients and consultants, providing regular updates and addressing site-related concerns.
Documentation:
Ensure all site documentation, including work orders, safety records, and inspection reports, is accurately maintained and up to date.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years as a Site Supervisor in facade and aluminum projects.
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other construction management tools.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of facade and aluminum systems, materials, and modern installation methods.
Leadership:
Effective team leadership, with the ability to train, guide, and motivate staff.
Communication:
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
License:
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Certifications:
Professional certifications in site supervision or construction management are advantageous.
Problem-Solving:
Proactive and hands-on approach to addressing site challenges.
