Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive
Site Supervisor
with a strong background in facade and aluminum systems to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have at least five years of relevant experience, excellent leadership skills, and a valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Supervision:
Oversee all facade and aluminum installation activities, ensuring work is performed according to drawings, standards, and project schedules.
Team Leadership:
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.
Quality Control:
Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
Material Management:
Manage and verify material deliveries, handling, and storage to avoid delays and minimize wastage.
Issue Resolution:
Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders as needed.
Progress Reporting:
Maintain daily logs and prepare progress reports for internal and client review.
Client Coordination:
Liaise with clients and consultants on-site, providing updates and addressing concerns or changes in requirements.
Documentation:
Ensure all site documentation, including safety records, inspection reports, and work logs, are up to date and well maintained.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years as a Site Supervisor in facade and aluminum projects.
Education:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in construction management tools such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of facade and aluminum systems, installation methods, and industry standards.
Leadership Abilities:
Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to motivate and manage on-site teams effectively.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
Driving License:
A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in construction supervision or site management will be considered an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
