We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor specializing in facade and aluminum to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade and aluminum projects, possess excellent leadership skills, and hold a valid UAE driving license. Preference will be given to candidates from the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Management:
Supervise all on-site activities related to facade and aluminum installations, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Team Supervision:
Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the required specifications and industry standards.
Health & Safety:
Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site, conducting regular inspections and safety audits to ensure a safe working environment.
Material Management:
Oversee the delivery, handling, and storage of materials on-site, ensuring they meet quality standards and are available as needed.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on-site, coordinating with project managers and other stakeholders as necessary.
Progress Monitoring:
Track and report on project progress, including daily logs, work schedules, and completion reports.
Client Interaction:
Maintain regular communication with clients and project managers to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or requirements.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including work orders, inspection reports, and safety records.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in facade and aluminum projects.
Education:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using construction management software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of facade and aluminum systems, materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
Leadership Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide on-site teams effectively.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Driving License:
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Preferred Nationality:
Preference will be given to candidates from the Philippines.
Problem-Solving:
Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving site issues.
Certifications:
Relevant professional certifications in construction supervision or site management are a plus.
