- Manage all field operations, site employees, and daily details of the HARSCO Beneficial Use facility.
- Monitor and maintain general site field operations.
- Attends required operations meetings.
- Lead the monitoring and tracking of daily operation requirements as per client expectations.
- Lead day-to-day oversight of mechanics, equipment operators, and laborers.
- Work independently in a safe and efficient manner and follow all Safety policies and procedures as per HARSCO standards.
- Ensure Health and Safety practices are followed and provide ongoing education and accountability to the staff to ensure safe operations as per HARSCO standards.
- Achieve performance goals and deadlines.
- Monitor and report daily site progress.
- Keep tracking of slag LF & EAF handling to maintain the area with a minimum storage of slag.
- Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
- Resolve on-site issues and emergencies 24/7.
- Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
