The Site Nurse plays a vital role in maintaining the health and safety of employees at the worksite. This position involves providing primary healthcare services, managing emergencies, and promoting wellness initiatives to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
first aid, emergency care, and nursing support to employees at the site.
Conduct regular health assessments and monitor the condition of patients.
Record, maintain, and update detailed medical and health-related documentation.
Liaise with doctors and other healthcare professionals for advanced medical intervention when necessary.
Support the implementation of occupational health, safety, and welfare programs.
Promote health awareness campaigns focusing on disease prevention, hygiene, and safety practices.
Ensure compliance with Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) guidelines and other local health regulations.
Maintain medical supplies, equipment, and facilities in optimal condition.
Participate in risk assessments and health and safety meetings as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in occupational health or clinical nursing.
Valid QCHP license (mandatory).
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Strong ability to respond effectively during medical emergencies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices within industrial or construction environments is preferred.
Work Environment:
Based on-site, often in industrial, construction, or remote project locations.
May require performing duties in varying environmental conditions and shifts.
