Location: UAE - site based
Contract: ~36 months
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all on-site activities for a large Thermal PP-CCGT project.
Act as main interface between employer, EPC/EPCM contractor and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, schedule and contractual requirements.
Chair coordination meetings, manage risks and resolve site issues.
Validate work methods, ITPs and progress reports; support commissioning handover.
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or equivalent.
15+ years experience on thermal power plants, including PP-CCGT.
Proven track record as Site / Construction Manager on large power projects.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and reporting skills.
Fluent in English; ability to work in multicultural environments.
