Site Manager - High-Rise Construction Projects - Dubai Civil Engineering Sector
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and Dubai Municipality-approved Site Manager to oversee major construction site operations across Dubai. This permanent position is ideal for a civil engineering professional with a proven ability to manage high-rise developments, full project cycles, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Candidates must hold DM approval for unlimited floors and bring at least 10 years of UAE site management experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage full on-site construction activities across all project phases
• Ensure project delivery in compliance with Dubai Municipality codes and timelines
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, engineers, consultants, and internal teams
• Conduct regular inspections, enforce safety standards, and monitor quality control
• Handle documentation, daily reporting, cost tracking, and site logistics
• Resolve operational issues and maintain progress records for stakeholder reporting
• Optimize manpower, materials, and resources to meet project deadlines

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Dubai Municipality (DM) approval for unlimited floors (required)
• Minimum 10 years of site/construction management experience within the UAE
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale or high-rise projects
• Deep knowledge of local construction codes, permits, and safety frameworks
• Excellent leadership, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
