Job Title: Site Inspector

Location: UAE, Dubai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced site inspector to oversee day-to-day operations at our construction site(s). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on supervisory experience in site execution, with a strong understanding of construction methods, safety protocols, and project coordination. Also, should have his own car and license.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure timely execution of project milestones. Monitor work progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, labour teams, and materials on site. Ensure safety practices are implemented and followed in accordance with company and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, attendance records, and site logs. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues. Conduct routine inspections and quality checks of work completed. Report project progress, challenges, and requirements to management regularly.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in site supervision within the construction or civil engineering industry. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and project specifications. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with construction software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.). Safety certification (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is an advantage.
