Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

MEP Team Leader / Site In-Charge

to oversee and manage site activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP site operations and teams. Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand scope and schedule. Allocate tasks to technicians and ensure timely execution of assigned duties. Monitor and inspect installation, maintenance, and repair works of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times. Maintain site documentation including daily reports, material usage, and manpower records. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to avoid delays. Conduct regular site meetings and report progress to project engineers or management. Assist in material planning and requisition as per site requirements. Ensure proper handover of completed systems and snag-free delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification). Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in MEP site supervision. Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical systems. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple site tasks simultaneously. Familiar with HSE practices and local authority regulations. Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project documentation.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
