Key Responsibilities
Supervise all on-site activities and ensure timely completion of works.
Manage laborers, foremen, and subcontractors efficiently.
Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Control material requests, deliveries, and site stock.
Maintain site cost records and petty cash reconciliation.
Enforce company QA/QC and HSE standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's / Diploma in Civil, Architectural, or Interior Engineering.
Minimum 5-8 years UAE fit-out experience.
Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Excellent site management and communication skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
