Real Estate/Construction

sector is actively seeking

3 experienced Site Foremen

to manage and oversee daily operations at active project sites. The ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, solid site supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate labor teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site activities to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution. Coordinate daily tasks with labor teams, subcontractors, and site managers. Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling and storage. Enforce health and safety regulations on-site. Maintain accurate daily reports and site documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of site supervision experience

(preferably in real estate or construction projects). Proven leadership and team coordination skills. Strong understanding of

construction safety standards

, material logistics, and reporting. Ability to manage and motivate labor teams effectively.

Compensation:

Maximum Salary:

AED 5,000/month (inclusive of all allowances)
