We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in supervising construction sites, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Allocate tasks and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers on-site.
Report daily progress and site issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.
Maintain site safety and cleanliness.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays and wastage.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Site Foreman in construction projects (preferably in the UAE).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to read drawings and implement instructions accurately.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
