We are looking for an experienced
Foreman
to join ourProperty Management team
. The ideal candidate should haveover 10 years of experience
in property management, with strong knowledge of building maintenance, supervision of technical teams, and coordination of repair and renovation works.Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance and repair activities across company-managed properties. Coordinate and manage technicians, electricians, plumbers, and other maintenance staff. Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs and ensure work quality. Ensure all maintenance work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. Communicate effectively with tenants, property management staff, and vendors.
Requirements:
Minimum
10 years of experience
inProperty Management or Building Maintenance
. Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams. Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and civil works. Excellent communication and organizational skills.Valid Qatar ID
.Available to join immediately.
Driving license is added advantage.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
