Site Foreman - Electrical

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Site Foreman - Electrical

to supervise and coordinate electrical works at construction sites. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and site supervision within the construction sector. The role requires ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the electrical team on site, ensuring work is performed efficiently and safely. Review electrical drawings, plans, and specifications, and ensure correct implementation on site. Monitor installation of electrical systems including wiring, panels, lighting, grounding, and other electrical components. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction standards, and project specifications. Coordinate with project engineers, site managers, and other trades to ensure smooth execution of work. Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical installations as required. Maintain proper documentation of work progress, site reports, and material usage. Mentor and guide junior electricians and site staff for productivity and safety adherence. Plan and schedule work activities to meet project deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in electrical works on construction projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards (local and international). Proficient in reading electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and specifications. Experience in handling installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
