Supervise daily site activities and workers.
Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of work.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Maintain site reports and solve on-site issues.
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience as Site Foreman/Supervisor in construction.
Diploma/Certificate in Civil/Construction or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction practices and safety standards.
Good leadership and communication skills.
