About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Site Foreman
with strong expertise in
architectural construction, interior fit-out works, and finishing activities
. The ideal candidate will supervise site operations, manage subcontractors, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain strict project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site activities related to architectural and finishing works (gypsum, painting, tiling, ceilings, joinery, MEP coordination, etc.)
Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project managers to resolve site issues.
Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality finishing and adherence to safety policies.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and material requests.
Ensure site safety regulations are always followed and maintained.
Assist with material planning, quantity checks, and timely procurement.
Qualifications & Requirements
UPDA LICENSE (GRADE A-C)
Minimum 8-15 years
of experience as a Foreman in architectural/finishing construction.
Strong knowledge of finishing trades including joinery, painting, tiling, gypsum works and fitout.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage fast-paced site environments.
Familiarity with safety regulations and site management procedures.
