We are looking for a
Carpentry Site Foreman
with experience ininterior fit-out and joinery works
to manage and supervise site operations, coordinate carpenters, and ensure timely project completion with high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all on-site carpentry and joinery works. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors. Assign work schedules to carpentry team and monitor performance. Ensure work is done according to drawings, specifications, and timelines. Monitor material usage and coordinate delivery of materials to site. Maintain safety standards and site cleanliness. Provide daily reports and updates to the project team.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience as aCarpentry or Fit-out Foreman
in the UAE. Strong knowledge of joinery, woodwork, and fit-out detailing. Ability to read and interpret drawings. Good leadership and communication skills. UAE driving license (preferred). Able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.Benefits:
