About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Site Foreman

to oversee and manage the day-to-day site operations of a

high-end interior fit-out project

. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company delivering bespoke, luxury interiors for commercial and residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain quality control and ensure all finishes meet luxury design specifications. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Interpret drawings and specifications, providing clear direction to tradespeople. Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, and communicate updates to the project manager. Resolve site issues effectively and proactively.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role. Proven experience in luxury or high-end residential/commercial fit-outs. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with health and safety standards and procedures. Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or site management are an advantage.
