RESPONSIBILITY

Site Inspection & Assessment

Conduct detailed site visits to evaluate cleaning requirements, scope of work, and manpower needs.

Assess factors such as surface area, building type, cleaning frequency, and access conditions to determine accurate resource allocation.

Quotation & Proposal Preparation

Prepare professional quotations and cost proposals in line with client requirements and company pricing structure.

Ensure all quotations are accurate, competitive, and submitted within specified timelines.

Revise and update quotations as per client feedback or revised scope.

Tender & Bidding Support

Assist in the preparation of tender documents and technical submissions.

Ensure compliance with client specifications and submission requirements.

Coordination & Communication

WhatsApp message needs to be checked for updates and respond on time.

Daily enquiry needs to be addressed and maintained in tracker.

Responding to clients and other enquiries with defined timeline.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain a database of quotations, awarded projects, and cost benchmarks.

Ensure all documentation is properly filed and accessible for audit or reference.

Update tracker for sales and Enquiry.

Update Master file for new contracts and for upcoming year sales target.

Preparing and updating contracts.

SAP/ ERP

Create SO in SAP/SQ in SAP

Update the cancellation & modification on SO's and adjust in SAP.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning industry or a related role.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in related domain.

KEY SKILLS

Quantity Estimation - Ability to calculate materials, labor, and time required for projects.

Cost Analysis - Evaluating and preparing detailed cost breakdowns.

Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation - Reading and understanding architectural and engineering drawings.

MS Excel / Advanced Excel - For cost sheets, formulas, and calculations.
