to oversee and manage interior fit-out and joinery projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality finishes, timely delivery, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site execution of interior fit-out, decoration, and joinery works.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Ensure quality control, material checks, and adherence to approved standards and procedures.
Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and submit to project management.
Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resource allocation.
Handle site inspections, snag lists, and final handover documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
Liaise with clients and consultants to resolve technical or design-related issues.
Supervise installation of joinery, gypsum works, partitions, ceilings, flooring, and finishes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of site experience
in
interior fit-out and joinery
projects (commercial, retail, residential, or hospitality sectors).
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and interior finishing techniques.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
