Job Description

Project Engineer is responsible for coordinating the execution of all construction activities that takes place on the work site, ensuring consistently high standards of workmanship and efficiency all under Project Managers mentorship.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

:

Manage the day-to-day site operation including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines Oversee quality control, health and safety matters on site Assures compliance by subcontractors of all applicable governing agencies and company policies, practices and procedures Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise Ensure and check all materials used and work performed as per specifications Liaise with clients and representative, subcontractors (architects, engineers, surveyors)including attending regular meetings to keep them informed with the progress Coordinate and ensure submittal of project closeout documentation requirements QA/QC for all construction issues especially finishing Review subcontractor program, method statement, risk assessments, & etc. Keep site records, reporting and minutes of the meeting Attend weekly project meeting if required Perform other duties or tasks as directed by Senior Management
Minimum 5 years Interior Fitout experience in the same role

SKILLS:

- Possess and demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills

- Excellent knowledge in Interior Fitout related works

- Excellent knowledge in MEP and civil construction works

- Working skill in site management

- Excellent written and communication skills

- Have an architectural and technical background

- Able to drive and maintain current driver's license

- Have an Understanding of all rules, federal regulations and procedure to General

Construction

- Flexible & Adaptable and able to work effectively with multi-cultural workforce

- Adequate in Computer knowledge (MS Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, Sketchup)

- I.O.S.H Certified

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

- Working knowledge in BOQ and quotations. Can prepare BOQ and Quotations if required.

- Able to speak Hindi is an advantage

- Driving License is a must
