Site Engineers

to supervise and execute day-to-day project activities in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Role Overview

The

Site Engineer

will manage on-site construction works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. The role requires strong technical knowledge of Oil & Gas projects, coordination with subcontractors, and compliance with SHES standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards. Monitor subcontractors' work and resolve site issues. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Enforce HSE policies and conduct toolbox talks. Liaise with Project Engineers, HSE, and client representatives. Support material requests, inspections, and approvals.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

3-5 years' experience

as a Site Engineer in Oil & Gas projects (Qatar/GCC preferred). Strong knowledge of API/ASME standards and construction processes. Proficient in MS Office; Navisworks knowledge preferred.

Certifications:

H2S & Confined Space (mandatory).

Skills:

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Work Environment

Site-based role within Oil & Gas projects. Extended hours may be required.
