We are a sub-subcontractor in the Oil & Gas sector, delivering engineering and construction services across Qatar. To support our growing project portfolio, we are hiring an experienced

Planner

to manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery.

Role Overview

The

Planner

will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring compliance with client and EPC-3 requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules using

Primavera P6 / MS Project

. Monitor progress, identify delays, and recommend recovery actions. Prepare reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management and clients. Analyze manpower and resource allocation. Support planning for shutdowns, tie-ins, and brownfield activities. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and HSE teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

10+ years' experience

in planning within the Oil & Gas sector (Qatar/GCC preferred). Proven expertise in

Primavera P6

. Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas lifecycles, EPC planning, and shutdown works. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Skills:

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Work Environment

Site and office-based role. Extended hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
