The Site Engineer (Joinery) is responsible for supervising joinery works on site, ensuring quality, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications. The role requires technical knowledge of joinery and fit-out works, along with strong coordination skills between the site team, production workshop, and project management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor joinery installation works on site to ensure adherence to approved drawings and project requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, draftsmen, and workshop production team for timely delivery of materials and joinery items.
Review shop drawings and ensure site execution matches approved details.
Inspect site work regularly for quality control and resolve technical/site issues.
Prepare daily progress reports and update the management on site status.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations on site.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding technical matters.
Assist in planning and scheduling site activities for smooth workflow.
Must have valid UAE Driving License .
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Fit-out.
3-6 years of UAE experience in site supervision of joinery and fit-out works.
Strong technical knowledge of wood joinery, fit-out details, and installation methods.
Proficiency in reading drawings and coordinating with drafting/production teams.
Excellent site management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
