Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate joinery fit-out projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
Strong understanding of joinery techniques, materials, and installation methods. Ability to provide technical guidance to the construction team and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the fit-out process.
Ensure the quality of joinery work and conduct regular inspections to verify that the work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and implement safety protocols to ensure that all personnel follow proper safety procedures on-site.
Effectively communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, workers and other stakeholders.
Should be able to address client concerns, provide progress updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, material logs, and change orders, is part of the site engineer's responsibilities.
Ensure timely delivery and installation of joinery items as per project timeline.
Qualifications and Skills:
A degree /diploma in civil engineering or a related field is typically required.
Previous 3-5 years UAE experience in joinery fit-out.
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Should be well verse in AutoCad 2D/3D.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
