Supervise on-site landscape construction activities, including planting, irrigation systems, hardscape, paving, and outdoor structures.
Ensure work is carried out according to design drawings, specifications, and project schedule .
Project Planning & execution:
Assist in planning daily/weekly construction activities.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and landscape architects.
Monitor resource allocation (materials, machinery, manpower).
Quality Control:
Inspect workmanship and materials for compliance with standards.
Conduct site surveys and measurements for accuracy.
Maintain proper documentation of site progress, deviations, and quality checks.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
Enforce safety regulations on-site.
Ensure environmental sustainability practices are followed in landscaping activities.
Coordination & Reporting:
Report progress and issues to the Project Manager or Landscape Architect.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years experience in
landscape construction or site engineering
.
Knowledge of irrigation systems, softscape (plants, lawns) and hardscape (paving, decks, retaining walls).
Proficient in
AutoCAD, Revit, or landscape design software
.
Strong understanding of construction materials, soil, drainage, and horticulture practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
