Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction and engineering projects on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical supervision, ensuring designs are implemented correctly, maintaining site safety, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals to ensure timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
Interpret architectural and engineering plans, drawings, and specifications
Ensure that work is carried out according to approved plans, standards, and codes
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior engineers or project managers
Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained
Resolve any unexpected technical issues or problems that arise on-site
Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed
Supervise site workers and provide technical guidance as needed
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including material usage and labor hours
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a site engineer or in a similar construction role
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and construction materials
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
Familiarity with CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
