Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure progress and quality.
Prepare and submit
daily site reports

Coordinate and
follow up with vendors and subcontractors
for timely deliveries and services.
Issue gate passes and permits
for personnel and materials.
Monitor and record
material inventory
; order site materials as required.
Outsource labor
when additional manpower is needed.
Review and prepare
shop drawings
as needed.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant site experience.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Available for immediate start and willing to commit for the full contract duration.
