Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven

Site Engineer / Project Execution Engineer

to manage and execute construction activities on-site for

3 months

. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project components are delivered as per design, within time and budget constraints, while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Supervision:

Execute day-to-day site activities based on project schedules and construction drawings. Ensure construction work aligns with approved designs, technical specifications, and project timelines. Supervise subcontractors and labor force to ensure optimal productivity and quality. Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and consultants to resolve execution-related issues.

Planning & Coordination:

Collaborate with Project Manager, consultants, and procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources. Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies, and provide technical input for resolution. Monitor and report project progress, flagging delays or risks proactively. Plan manpower, tools, and machinery deployment as per project requirements.

Quality & Compliance:

Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and engineering best practices. Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, safety policies, and environmental standards. Maintain documentation including daily progress reports, checklists, material test records, and as-built drawings.

Safety & Risk Management:

Enforce strict safety measures on-site, ensure use of PPE, and conduct toolbox talks. Report near-misses, accidents, and unsafe practices immediately. Work with safety officers to conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

Education:

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of site-based project execution experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in reading drawings, AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera (preferred).

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication abilities.

Certifications:

Health & Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are an added advantage.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
