Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:1. Site Management & Supervision



Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure work is carried out as per the approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.

Monitor the performance of subcontractors, labor, and suppliers.

Ensure proper sequencing and coordination between different trades (civil, MEP, joinery, etc.).

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the worksite.

2. Quality Control



Inspect materials, workmanship, and installation methods to ensure quality standards are met.

Address and rectify any on-site quality issues or non-conformities.

Conduct snagging and de-snagging works and ensure final finishes are up to client expectations.

3. Scheduling & Progress Monitoring



Track project timelines and ensure activities are completed on schedule.

Report daily/weekly progress to project manager and management.

Coordinate with planning and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

4. Health & Safety Compliance



Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.

Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers use PPE.

Report any incidents or near misses immediately and take corrective action.
