A detail-oriented and experienced
Joinery QC Site Engineer/Supervisor
to oversee and ensure quality compliance of all joinery works at the project site in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring workmanship, ensuring alignment with project specifications, and coordinating with site teams and subcontractors to meet quality standards and deadlines.Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor all joinery installations to ensure they meet approved drawings, material specifications, and quality standards. Perform routine QC checks, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) when needed, and follow up on corrective actions. Supervise joinery teams and subcontractors on site, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Applied-Arts ,or related field. Minimum
3-5 years
of relevant experience in joinery QC or supervisory role. Strong understanding of materials such as MDF, veneer, laminate, solid wood, and hardware fitting standards. Familiarity with project documentation processes (IRs, MIRs, WIRs, etc.) and QC procedures. Knowledge of shop drawings. Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
