Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee construction site, details and process

Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed and keep track of inventory, tools and equipment.

Prepare reports regarding job status and resolve any problems that may arise.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and evaluate risks.

Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team.

Plan construction operations and ensure all deadlines are met.

Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects.

Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly.

Ensure the quality check.

Ensure Project Execution as per the design, drawings and specifications

Coordinate with Project manager for site related issues regarding resources and drawings, materials etc.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

B.E./B.Tech/B.ARCH in Civil Engineering/Project Management/Architecture

A minimum of 2-7 Years Civil Engineering experience

LUXURY RETAIL industry experience preferred

Additional Requirements

Male candidate ONLY Min 5yr experience in luxury interiors Urgent Hiring No or 15days notice period
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
