SITE ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR (FIT-OUT WORKS)
We are looking for a Site Engineer with proven experience in fit-out and interior works to join our project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out projects
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and approved materials
Monitor progress, quality, safety, and timelines
Prepare site reports, material requests, and work schedules
Handle inspections and snag list closures
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in fit-out / interior works
Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and site execution
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in GCC projects is an advantage
Location: Bahrain
