Supervise all on-site Fit-Out and MEP construction activities to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate effectively with MEP contractors, fit-out subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
Monitor and manage daily site operations, ensuring that work meets project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for fit-out and MEP tasks, optimizing workflow and productivity.

Strong site management and coordination skills
Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
Time management and problem-solving skills
Effective communication with workers and subcontractors
Basic knowledge of safety standards and site discipline
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in site supervision or civil construction roles.
Strong technical understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant industry standards.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve on-site issues effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
