Job Summary:

The Site Engineer - MEP is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all MEP works (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting) at project sites. The role ensures that all installations are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards while meeting quality and timeline targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage

MEP installation works

including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Review

drawings, specifications, and technical documents

to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with

civil, architectural, and fit-out teams

for proper integration of MEP services. Monitor

daily site activities

, manpower, and progress against schedule. Ensure

material delivery and installation

as per approved materials and standards. Conduct

site inspections and testing

to verify workmanship and quality compliance. Identify and resolve

technical and coordination issues

at site. Prepare

daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

for management. Liaise with

consultants, clients, and subcontractors

for inspections and approvals. Ensure strict adherence to

health, safety, and environmental (HSE)

policies and practices. Assist in the

commissioning, testing, and handover

of MEP systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

. Minimum

10 years of experience

in

MEP installation, coordination, and supervision

(preferably within the GCC). Strong technical knowledge of

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems

. Ability to read and interpret

MEP drawings, schematics, and technical manuals

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera)

. Excellent

coordination, communication, and leadership

skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple site activities.

Preferred:

UAE or GCC experience

in building construction or interior fit-out projects. Familiarity with

local authority standards and approval procedures

(DEWA, DCD, etc.). Valid

UAE driving license

preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
