ProDynamic Electromechanical Works LLC is seeking an experienced Site Engineer (MEP) to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure compliance with project specifications, and manage the coordination of all MEP activities on site.
Responsibilities:
Supervise site execution of MEP works including HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Electrical systems.
Coordinate with the project team, main contractors, and consultants.
Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Monitor material deliveries and ensure quality and compliance.
Track progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Enforce site safety procedures and regulations.
Report site challenges and propose solutions to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
3-5 years of relevant experience in the UAE with MEP contracting firms.
Excellent knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems.
Strong background in site supervision, inspection, and execution.
Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
