Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team with experience in interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with project managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.

2. Supervise and manage construction activities on-site, including coordinating labor, materials, and equipment.

3. Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams, resolving technical challenges and ensuring work meets specifications.

5. Manage project timelines and budgets, monitoring expenses and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

6. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

2. Proven minimum 2 year experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry, preferably in interior fit-out projects.

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

4. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

7. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
