As a Fit out Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of event setups and ensuring everything runs smoothly under tight timelines. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while adhering to safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Event Site Operations: Supervise and manage the construction and setup of event structures, stages, booths, and other technical installations at the venue.

Work Under Pressure: Effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a high-pressure environment, ensuring that all event installations are completed within the given timelines.

Coordinate with Vendors and Contractors: Liaise with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, ensuring high-quality setups.

Troubleshoot on-site Issues: Address any issues or challenges that arise during event setups and ensure quick, effective resolutions to keep the project on schedule.

Adapt to Flexible Timelines: Work in an environment where timelines and deadlines may shift, adjusting plans and resources as needed to meet changing requirements. might be need to work Continuous 24-Hour

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Engineering in any discipline , or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in events, exhibitions, or similar fast-paced environments.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay calm under pressure.

- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet event timelines.
