Experience Required
: 1-3 years in the UAE fit-out or construction industry.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate on-site fit-out activities from start to finish. Request, track, and verify building materials to ensure timely availability on site. Monitor project scope, progress, and ensure adherence to approved designs and timelines. Attend engineering and project meetings; prepare and present site updates to management. Communicate effectively with the production team to align manufacturing and installation schedules. Obtain client approvals for work stages, finishes, and variations. Record, monitor, and manage any changes in scope and ensure variations are documented and approved. Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of site experience in the UAE, preferably in fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of building materials, interior finishes, and fit-out processes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
