Overview of the role:
The role holder will be responsible for ensuring that works is completed safety on time to budget and to the required quality. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for managing individual areas of work to assist in the completion of the whole project.
What you will do:
Key Accountability 1:
To control the works of the labour teams and to issue works to Fireman, gangs and sub-contractors in a structures and organised manner
To ensure that all site works are conducted in a safe manner
To champion the AFC values
To produce documentation on work performance
To deal with site problems to ensure the project remain on plan
To at all times be aware of the value /cost of the materials they are using and to adopt a suitable approach
To manage subcontractors performance.
Key Accountability 2: Operations
Accountable for the completion of standard or non-standard tasks, within the scope of the function
Delivers activities to support operational objectives for their role
Inputs to planning activities with horizons of typically up to 6 months
Makes decisions within parameters set by the line manager, using job/specialist experience
Interacts with client or users around specific work efforts and deliverables
Support the activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards taking account of impact outside area of responsibility
Focus of work on the completion of a set related tasks for a particular section or service with the ability to accommodate new task
Key Accountability 3: Safety, Quality and Environment
Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety, quality of services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed within AFC
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of process and practices taking into account, the interests and benefits to Al Futtaim and its employees.

Degree in Engineering
Be a Minimum Part-Qualified Professional, and have a Certificate Level of Qualification as a minimum
Experience in relevant industry
Minimum Experience:
Likely to have 2-5 years business experience.
