Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities for high-rise projects, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision
Oversee daily site operations and ensure work progresses as per the approved schedule.
Supervise subcontractors, site workers, and technical teams.
Ensure work is executed per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
2. Technical Coordination
Interpret construction drawings and provide guidance to the site team.
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
Raise RFIs and follow up on approvals for shop drawings and materials.
3. Quality Control
Monitor workmanship and material quality.
Conduct inspections and participate in NCR rectification.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
4. Health, Safety & Environment
Enforce site safety protocols in line with UAE regulations and company policies.
Report unsafe practices and support toolbox talks with the HSE team.
5. Progress & Reporting
Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
Track material deliveries and manpower allocation.
Assist in updating project schedules.
6. Documentation
Maintain site records, inspection requests, material approvals, and checklists.
Coordinate with QA/QC engineers for inspections and approvals.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering.
3-7 years of experience
, with at least
2-3 years in high-rise or tower construction
.
Experience working in the UAE is preferred.
Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and local authority regulations.
