Position: Site Engineer - Fit-out

Location: RAK, UAE

Salary: AED 7,000 - 10,000

Experience: 4-5 years in the Fit-out industry

License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer - Fit-out to oversee and manage site activities for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the fit-out industry, excellent project coordination skills, and the ability to manage site teams effectively while ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring smooth execution of fit-out works.

Interpret and implement project drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports.

Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently.

Resolve on-site technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project flow.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets design and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field.

4-5 years of proven site experience in the fit-out industry.

Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
