Site Engineer - Fit-Out
to join our team, ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
Interpret and execute project drawings, specifications, and design intent.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise and monitor site labor force and subcontractor work to ensure quality and productivity.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and snag lists.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage storage on-site.
Identify and resolve any site issues or conflicts promptly.
Ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential).
Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
Proficient in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Familiar with UAE building codes, authority requirements, and safety regulations.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Preferred Skills
Experience with joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
Knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera) is an advantage.
