Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor work progress and prepare daily site reports.
Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
Ensure project deadlines are met and work is carried out within the approved budget.
Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to specifications.
Liaise with the project manager regarding progress, delays, or site requirements.
Requirements:
Degree
in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
1-2 years
of proven experience in fit-out works.
Valid UAE Driving License
(preferred).
Arabic speaking
and
basic English communication
skills required.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and fit-out procedures.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with health & safety regulations.
Basic knowledge of project management software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).
Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
