to supervise and manage day-to-day site execution for interior fit-out, joinery, and MEP projects. The candidate will ensure work quality, proper coordination, timely progress, and smooth completion of all project activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily site supervision, task allocation, and progress monitoring.
Review drawings, measurements, and technical details before execution.
Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
Ensure high-quality finishing across all trades (gypsum, joinery, flooring, painting, MEP).
Prepare daily reports, site updates, and material requests.
Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company standards.
Resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays and rework.
Support the Project Manager during inspections, snagging, and handover.
Requirements
Diploma/bachelor's in civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
1-5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out and renovation projects.
Strong understanding of drawings, materials, and execution methods.
Ability to manage manpower and maintain quality control.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
