Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling:
Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to meet agreed milestones, coordinating with the Project Manager and Division Manager.
Site Supervision:
Lead and supervise all on-site activities across interior fit-out, joinery, MEP, and civil works ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate daily tasks with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and correct installation as per design.
Material Management:
Forecast material requirements, manage site inventory, and ensure proper material storage, minimizing wastage and ensuring cost efficiency.
Technical Issue Resolution:
Identify site challenges, propose engineering solutions, and liaise with consultants or design teams for approvals when needed.
Quality Assurance & Control:
Conduct inspections and testing of materials and works; prepare snag lists and oversee the rectification of defects.
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance:
Implement and enforce strict compliance with all UAE labor laws, EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards, and company policies.
Drawings & Documentation Management:
Maintain updated shop drawings, as-built drawings, inspection requests, and daily site reports for submission to clients and management.
Progress Reporting:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, highlighting key achievements, delays, risks, and necessary corrective actions.
Cost Control & Variation Management:
Monitor resource consumption, identify variations, and support the project team in preparing variation claims or extensions of time (EOTs).
Client Interaction & Site Meetings:
Attend site meetings with consultants, project managers, and clients to update on site progress and address technical queries.
Project Close-out & Handover:
Ensure final inspections are completed, snagging lists are closed out, and documentation is prepared for smooth handover to the client.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Interior Fit-out/Civil/MEP Projects (UAE experience highly preferred).
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Sound knowledge of local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera (optional), and MS Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
