Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise daily on-site fit-out activities including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, tiling, and finishing works. Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams on site. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. Monitor site manpower, materials, and equipment usage. Strong expertise in fit-out materials, approved brands, and execution methodologies. Strong understanding of method statements for all fit-out activities, familiarity with local suppliers and specialized fit-out subcontractors, with the ability to select and specify suitable materials based on site conditions and project requirements, specifications. Ensure high-quality workmanship in all fit-out and finishing activities. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements. Rectify snags and defects during and after project completion. Health, Safety & Compliance Review shop drawings and material submittals related to fit-out works. Ensure timely availability of approved materials on site. Assist in resolving technical issues and site challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field. Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in fit-out / finishing companies (mandatory). Strong hands-on experience in site execution of interior fit-out projects. Ability to read and interpret architectural and fit-out drawings. Knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and installation methods. Strong coordination, communication, and site management skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
