About the Role:

Epic One Technical Services LLC is seeking a

highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer

with experience in

fit-out and joinery works

to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring that all construction and interior fit-out activities are executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively on-site to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage

fit-out, joinery, and civil construction activities

on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Coordinate daily site operations and liaise with

project managers, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers

for smooth project execution. Review and interpret drawings, ensuring work is carried out as per approved plans and specifications. Conduct

site inspections

and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company and client standards. Monitor project progress, maintaining accurate

daily site reports

including materials usage, labour deployment, and work progress. Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site teams as required. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure

timely delivery of materials and joinery items

. Ensure all on-site work adheres to

HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

requirements. Prepare and submit

progress reports

, highlighting any issues or delays that may impact schedule or budget.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

or related field. Minimum

2-5 years of proven experience

as a Site Engineer in

fit-out, joinery, or interior contracting projects

within the UAE. Strong knowledge of

construction methods, materials, and interior finishing techniques

. Proficient in

AutoCAD

and other relevant project management or design software. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Valid UAE Driving License

is an advantage.
