We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Site Engineer
with
2-3 years of UAE experience in the fit-out industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring timely execution of fit-out projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth progress of fit-out works.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Ensure work is carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.
Resolve site issues and report critical matters to the Project Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2-3 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
